To book coach transport services, you must complete the required fields with the requested information and accept these general terms and conditions. This acceptance constitutes express, full, and unconditional agreement with all policies set out in the version published by Marsel Bus S.L. and binds both parties. Bookings may be made in Catalan, Spanish, and English. Marsel Bus S.L. ensures that all services provided include the legal coverage, quality guarantees, and insurance required for passenger transport.
The system will issue a payment receipt with full details of the booked service and the total price. All transactions are processed through secure payment platforms with full data confidentiality. Accepted credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. After payment is validated, you will receive a confirmation email with all transaction details.
For online bookings, 100% of the service price must be paid. All prices include taxes. The booking receipt is valid only for the specific date and route reserved.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will incur a 100% charge of the total price.
Customers who do not show up at the agreed pick-up point at the scheduled time will also be charged 100% of the service price.
Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted through our customer service team via email at booking@marselbus.es, which will confirm the change and, where applicable, process any refund.
Marsel Bus S.L. shall not be responsible for:
Cancellations or modifications due to force majeure (adverse weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, etc.).
Delays caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control.
Once you have selected the transport service, click the “Book” button and complete the form with your details. From that moment, you will be considered a client of Marsel Bus S.L. and deemed to have accepted these general terms and conditions in full. To complete the booking, the customer must provide credit card details, ensuring secure payment processing. All transactions are carried out via secure payment platforms with full confidentiality guarantees.
